What grade is this hair?

The Rico Collection offers 10 A grade hair. 10 A grade hair is cuticle aligned and comes from one single donor, lasting for 1-2 years with proper care.

What is your refund policy?

 All orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery if hair is still in original packaging.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping is 1-2 business days.

Can I pick my order up the same day? 

Yes, hair can be picked up during our business hours Tuesday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-5pm

 

How can I order a custom wig? 

Customs wigs orders are available only for local clients. To have a custom wig made please schedule an appointment via our website. Or give us a call for quick consultation at 904-564-2682

 

Are the wigs pre-made or made to order?

​Both. The Rico Collection offers manufactured lace wigs as well as custom ordered hand-made wigs.

  

Is there a minimum order amount when using Sezzle?

Yes, the minimum order amount when using sezzle is $75.

How do i use Sezzle or Klarna?
